The Governance restructure will bring
Regenda’s legal structure inline with the common ways of working
that we already have in place
across the group. Residents were involved in previous decisions about
the common
operating model such as to establish the shared service centre and
setting service standards.
Q The letter refers to efficiency savings and service improvements. Will residents be involved in this?
A Regenda is committed to involving residents in improving its service delivery.
